Decorative paving, monoblock, paviours sets - we use all of the above from different manufacturers, depending on final requirements. Be it a driveway or a patio, the most important part of laying paving or blocks is the preparation. If it’s for a driveway, we usually dig out 15 ‐ 30 cm and replace with compacted hardcore (this depth is dependant on what we find, eg in a sandy garden we would need to dig out more.) For a patio that doesn’t get driving traffic, we can use less.
